护士读者群信息服务初探

Exploration of Information Service for Nurse Readers

护士读者群正逐渐成为医院图书馆利用文献量最大、借阅频率最高的群体,也是最活跃的信息检索用户。但是,护士由于自身素质和工作特点,业余时间长,读书困难,长此以往不利于医院业务发展,因此图书馆有责任采取一些对策,有的放矢的为护士读者群提供信息服务,培养护士阅读兴趣,提高她们的自身素质和业务理论水平,从而满足现代护理需要。

Nurse readers are becoming the largest and highest frequency group of information users in hospital libraries, and the most active users of information retrieval. But nurse readers have little time to read as they are very busy at work, it would not be in favor of the development of the hospital the condition persist. For improving their nursing ability, the library should take some measures to foster their reading interests.
