摘要
基于对纳米复合陶瓷微观结构的观察和分析,建立了微观结构的模型,利用MonteCarlo方法和Dirichlet镶嵌法,对纳米复合陶瓷微观结构进行了计算机仿真模拟并对产生的结果进行统计分析,讨论了第二相颗粒几何特性对纳米复合陶瓷微观结构的影响。
Based on the analysis of the composite NANO ceramic, the model of microcosmic configuration is built. By using Monte Carlo metho;t and Dirichlet incrustation method, the microcosmic configuration of composite NANO ceramic is simulated and the result is statistic analyzed in details. The influence to the microcosmic configuration of composite NANO ceramic from the geometry characteristic of the second location granule is discussed.
