摘要
开发了用于汽车零件干式切削的数控整体硬质合金复合孔加工刀具。选择了适合干式切削的刀具材料涂层和几何形状,应用计算机图形技术对刀具形状进行了设计,优化了刀具截面形状及几何角度并解决了空间几何形状的制造问题。
The NC solid carbide compound-drilling tool used in dry cutting automobile parts is developed. The material coat and geometry shape for the tool adaptively used in dry cutting are selected. The shape of cutting tool is designed by using the computer graphic technology, the sectional shapes and geometric angles are optimized and the manufacturing problem of dimensional geometric shape is solved.
