摘要
对光栅头输出的两路信号sinΦ和cosΦ进行A/D转换后,通过其转换结果的极性及比较两者绝对值的大小实现莫尔条纹八细分。通过两者比值形成的正切或余切值计算细分数,从而实现再细分。并对该技术引入的误差和光栅信号的辨向进行了研究。
After the sine and cosine signals of Moire signal haa been converted to digital value byA/D convertor, the eightfold subdivision for Moire is carried out by judging whether the value is positive or negative and comparing with absolute value of two signal digital. On the basis, more subdivision is realized by tangent and cotangent digital value. Furthmore, its error analyzing and sense finding of grating signal is reseaxehed.
