磨削状态监测中频域特征参数计算区域的确定

摘要 在磨削状态监测中,特征参数的选择和计算起着重要的作用,频域特征参数的有效性很大程度上取决于计算频率的范围。本文结合恒力磨削的研究,基于遗传算法提出了一种可自动地确定测试信号频域特征参数频率计算范围的方法。 The selecting and calculating for feature parameters plays an important role in grinding state monitoring. The effectiveness of feature parameters in frequency field greatly depends on the frequency range for calculation of feature parameters. In study of constant force grinding, a calculation method, which could calculate frequency range of frequency feature parameter automatically, is presented based on genetic algorithm in this paper.
