原发性高血压病患者左室质量比值与QT离散度的关系

目的比较、分析高血压病患者左室质量比值(%PLM)和左室质量指数(LVMI)与QT离散度(QTd)的关系,进一步探讨左室质量比值的临床应用价值。方法57例高血压病患者,进行静息同步12导联心电图和超声心动图检查,计算QTd、左室质量比值和左室质量指数。结果左室质量比值与QTd显著相关,左室质量比值与QTd相关程度明显强于左室质量指数与QTd相关程度。结论左室质量比值与QTd密切相关,可能对评价高血压病患者病情有一定的价值。

Objective To Discuss the clinical significance of the ratio of observed/predicted left ventricular mass（%PLM） with comparing the %PLM, the left ventricular mass index（LVMI） and QT dispersion （QTd） in hypertensive patients.Methods 57 patients with essential hypertension were determined by 12-lead resting surface electrocardiography and echocardiography. %PLM, LVMI and QTd were measured respectively. Results The %PLM had significant relation with QTd. The QTd was related more closely with %PLM than with LVMI.Conclusion The %PLM has significant relation with QTd. The %PLM appears to serve a more accurate index in hypertensive patients.
