金双歧联合中药仙橘汤治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎40例疗效观察

目的观察金双歧联合中药仙橘汤治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法将78例病人随机分为2组,治疗组40例,口服金双歧每次2g、一日3次,及中药仙橘汤(仙鹤草、桔梗、乌梅炭、白槿花、炒白术、广木香、生白芍、炒槟榔、甘草、升麻)治疗;对照组38例,口服柳氮磺胺嘧啶片治疗。两组均以60天为一疗程。结果总有效率,治疗组92.5%,对照组78.9%,2组比较P<0.05,差异有显著意义。治疗后临床症状改善情况及结肠镜检结果,2组对比均有显著性意义P<0.05。结论微生态制剂(金双岐)合用中药仙橘汤治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎,疗效显著。

Objective the clinical curative effect of Jin Shuang Qi and the traditional Chinese medicine of Xian Ju Soup in treating chronic ulcerative colonitis.nethods Divide 78 patients into two groups. The 40 patients in the treatment group orally take Jin Shuang Qi 3 times a day, 2g each time, and the traditional Chinese medicine of Xian Ju Soup （containing agrimony, balloonflower, carbonized black plum, white hibiscus flower, parched white atractylodes rhizome, costusroot, raw white peony root, areca, liquorice, shunk bugbane）.The 38 patients in the contrast group orally take Sulfathiazole tablets for treatment. Both groups were put on a treatment course of 60 days.Results The resulting general effective rate is 92.5% for the treatment group and 78.9% for the contrast group. The comparison of the 2 groups shows P〈0.05, which is a significant difference. After treatment, the clinical symptoms have improved. The results of colonoscope check have also proven the significant P〈0.05 in the contrast of the 2 groups.Conclusion The combined use of micro-ecological preparation （Jin Shuang Qi） and the traditional Chinese medicine of Xian Ju soup has proven to be significantly effective in treating chronic ulcerative colonitis.
