左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻的外科治疗分析

A Surgical Treatment Analysis of Acute Intestine Obstruction Caused by Left Colorectal Cancer

目的探讨左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻的外科治疗有效方法。方法分析我院外科治疗左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻103例病人,分析评价外科手术治疗方法。结果左半结肠急诊一期切除吻合术的手术死亡率5%,吻合口瘘的发生率5.6%。结论对左半结肠癌、直肠癌并发急性肠梗阻的病人进行综合评价,把握好手术适应症,进行一期切除肿瘤,肠吻合术是安全有效的。

Objective To evaluate the principle and method of surgical treatment of acute intestine obstruction caused by left colorectal cance.Methods Data of 103 cases with such symptoms in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively： surgical treatment method wsa comprehensively vealuated.Results Mortality rate of the first-stage resection and anastomosis operation was 5%, anastomotic leakage was 5.6%. Conclusion The first-stage resection and anastomosis operation can be safe, if the patients with left colorectal cancer and acute intestine obstrucion caused by left colorectal cancer were comprehensively evaluated and the permissible symptoms were well controlled.
