摘要
外资企业在人事管理上很多做法是与日本企业不同的,尤其在人员录用、解聘、业绩评价以及劳动条件等方面有独到之处。现在,外资企业已经成为欧美型人事管理同日本型经营惯例的接点。外资企业的人事管理方法已经给日本企业的人事工资制度和人力资源的流向带来了一定程度的影响。
Several differences in personnel administration can be observed when comparing of foreign invested businesses and Japanese enterprises, especially in terms of hiring, firing, performance evaluation and labor condition. At present, the foreign invested businesses operated in Japan have become the connections of the American-European type of personnel administration and the Japanese style of operating traditions. Personnel administration of these foreign invested companies has brought some considerable influences on the Japanese employment and compensation system, as well as the human resource flows to a certain extent.
