摘要
本文针对人才测评展开分析,分析了目前的人才测评的现状、发展要求及重要意义。并结合实际情况揭示了人才测评在企业合理配置人力资源方面能发挥的作用,成为调节人力资源的重要辅助手段的重要意义。
In this paper to analyze talent evaluation, analysis of the current status of the personnel evaluation, development and significance. Personnel evaluation in light of the actual situation and reveals the rational allocation of human resources in the enterprise can play a role in regulation of human resources as an important supplementary means of significance.
