International Settlement is a traditional theoretical course of international finance specialty that aims to improve its praticability and operational power for students. Basing on the teaching content and newly working technique requirements and the author＇ s teaching experience of the course, the paper resummaries the main content and the keystone in the course, and discusses the teaching character of the course, and finally, puts forward the general teaching design as well as the teaching methods.
