Bao Yujun, Chairman of Chinese civil economy research committee, travels around the country all year round to keep touch in civil businesses as many as possible, and thus has many vivid examples of the true condition of civil business in his mind. During his interview with Legal Person, when asked about the legal risks in face of the civil businesses, Bao Yujun maintains that the main responsibility lies in the government. He argues that the government should shoulder the supervisory responsibility in the first place, and help civil business to avoid risks; when law suit arises, these business and their leader should be considered as separate instead of the one and the same.
