The Policy Arrangement of Agricultural Subsidy Policy after the Cancellation of Agricultural Taxation

论文指出了我国全面取消农业税后,农村所出现的新问题,以及国内农业补贴政策的主要特点和问题,同时提出了建立适应我国国情的国内农业补贴政策安排;论述了政府将制定和运用与WTO规则相适应的绿箱政策、黄箱政策和蓝箱政策;加速农业和农村发展;从根本上解决农民增加收入的相关理论和实践问题。

The thesis has pointed out the countryside's new questions after our country cancellation of agricultural taxation as well as the main characteristic and questions of the domestic agricultural subsidy policy,simultaneously proposed to establish domestic agricultural subsidy policy arrangements which adapt to our country national condition.It has also discussed the government should formulate and apply the green-box policy,the yellow-box policy and the blue-box policy which are suited to the WTO rules;accelerate agriculture and countryside's development;and fundamentally solves the related theory and practice questions on how to increase the farmers' income.
