The theory known as ＂inexpensive government＂is an essential part of Marxism.On the basis of this great theory,our government has developed a resource-efl＇ieient government.We establish such a government by practising strict economy, maximizing administrative efficiency and launching large scale anti-corruption eampaingn ere.And it is a strategic goal of the reform of government organizations in new period as well.
