CT Diagnosis of Cerebellar Cystic Tumors

目的：提高小脑囊性肿瘤ＣＴ诊断的正确性。材料和方法：经手术病理证实小脑囊性肿瘤４２例，其中星形细胞瘤１８例，血管母细胞瘤１１例，转移瘤１２例，髓母细胞瘤１例。分析不同性质肿瘤的ＣＴ图像特征。结果：描述各类肿瘤的一般ＣＴ表现，认为以下几点有鉴别诊断价值。（１）星形细胞瘤和转移瘤的发病年龄几乎无重叠（２）星形细胞瘤的壁结节以低密度多见，血管母细胞瘤壁结节则为略高或等密度，本组未见低密度者；血管母细胞瘤壁结节小，密度均匀，显著强化，有助于和星形细胞瘤鉴别。（３）星形细胞瘤体积大，半数在５ｃｍ以上，这在其它肿瘤少见。结论：性质不同的小脑囊性肿瘤之间有着不同的病理特征和生物学行为， ＣＴ查对此可做出较正确的判断。

For promoting the CT diagnostic accuracy of cerebellar cystic tumors.Materials and The CT images of 42 surgical pathologic proved cerebellar cystic tumors were studied.The tumors included astrocytoma(18 cases),hemangioblastoma(11 cases), metastatic tumor (12 cases)and medulloblastoma(1 case).Restilts:The common features of the tumors were described. The followings served as valuable differential diagnostic criteria:(1) The incidence age of the astrocytoma and metastatic tumor as nearly no overlapping.(2) The majority of the wall nodules of astrocytoma were in low density,those of hemangioblastoma were in high or isodense no low dense nodule was seen in hemangiob-lastoma; hemangioblastoma presenting small homogeneous nodule with obvios enhancement could be differentiated from astrocytoma.(3)Astrocytomas tend to be large and half the patients were greater th an 5cm in diameter, which were rarely seen in other tumors.Conclusion:CT scan can contribute rather accurate diagnosis to Cerebellar cystic tumors,according to the specific pathologic characteristics and biologic behaviars quite different from each other.
