The Long March:A Great Turning Point of the Chinese Revolution

长征是革命与反革命两种力量、光明与黑暗两种命运的较量。红军长征的胜利,改变了中国革命的历史命运:实现了中国共产党由共产国际束缚到独立自主解决中国革命重大问题的伟大转折,实现了由国内革命战争向抗日民族战争的战略转变,实现了中国革命由波折起伏走向胜利发展的伟大转折。

The Long March is a contest between the revolutionary and the counter- revolutionary forces and between the two destinies of China. The victory of the Bed Army in their Long March changed the destiny of Chinese revolution and marked the following three great turning points： the Communist Party of China cast oil the yoke of the Communist International and began to independently resolve the important problems in the Chinese revolution; the revolutionary civil war gave way to the War of Besistance against Japanese Aggression and the Chinese revolution ended its period of turns and twists and started an era of smooth development.
