前不久拜访原毛泽东秘书，曾任中组部常务副部长的李锐老先生．获赠老人最新版的诗集《龙胆紫集》，读到其中一首叫《大午庄园留念》的诗：”社会如何主义哉？一枝红杏出墙来。荒原忽现桃源记，到此谁人不畅怀。”当下就心生好奇：这大午庄园是怎么一个桃源记呢？日前走访河北徐水大午庄园，并拜访大午集团创始人、现任集团监事长的孙大午先生，发现李老的诗并非浪漫，

Sun Dawu is a man of courage and exploration. After three months of trial, on Feburary 28, 2005, the new business structure was formally put into effect and on the same day, Dawu Group held a formal election meeting abiding by the new policy. The innovative mechanism, called 'private-owned constitutional monarchy' by Sun, is consisted of two parts: the separation of ownership rights, decision making and management and the separation of supervision committee, board of directors and panel of experts. Sun and his wife Liu Huiru as founder of the company enjoy ownership rights that are entitled by their issues. The supervising committee, mainly composed of Sun's family members, has rights to supervise the board of directors and the supervising committee but with neither power of decision-making or management nor appointing the president and the general manager.
