摘要
在对海外经济发达国家和地区的休闲观光农业的发展的经验进行总结的基础上,对浙江休闲观光农业的发展提出了建议。浙江的休闲观光农业的发展要确立正确的产业发展原则;统一管理,加强规划;制定产业发展必需的法规体系,指导产业健康发展;加强政府在产业发展中的监控作用,并投放资金建立人才培训基地和建立科技创新平台;大力倡导高校和研究院所开展扎实的有深度的研究并对企业进行相应的具体指导。
In view of these experiences of the agritourism of the overseas developed country and the local, Zhejiang has to establish the correct industrial development principle; manages unified and strengthens the plan; formulates industry development essential laws and regulations system, instructs industry health development; strengthens government＇s monitoring function in industrial development, and deliverys mony to establish the training base and the establishment science and technology innovation platform; vigorously initiates the universities and the research institute develops the depth research and carries on the corresponding concrete instruction to the enterprise.
