金钱草中黄酮类化合物的分离与结构鉴定

Studies on Flavonoids of Lysimachia christinae Hance

目的对金钱草全草进行了较系统的化学成分研究。方法应用多种色谱法分离金钱草中的化学成分,采用多种光谱分析法鉴定它们的结构。结果从金钱草全草中分离得到12个黄酮类化合物,即异鼠李素(1)、山柰酚(2)、槲皮素(3)、黄芪苷(4)、三叶豆苷(5)、金丝桃苷(6)、蒙花苷(7)、橙皮苷(8)、异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-刺槐双糖苷(9)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-刺槐双糖苷(10)、芦丁(11)、新西兰牡荆苷-2(12)。结论化合物1,6,9,10,11均为首次从该种植物中分离得到;化合物7、8、12均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Lysimachia christinae.METHODS Manifold chromatography methods were used to separated the chemical constituents, and the chemical structures were determined by spectral analysis. RESULTS Twelve compounds were isolated from Lysimachia christinae and identified as： isorhanmetin （ 1 ）, kaempferol （2）, quercetin （3）, astragalin （4）, trifolin （5）, hyperin（6）, linarin （7）, hesperidin （8）, isorhamnetin-robinobioside （9）, kaempferol-robinobioside （10）, rutin（ 11 ）, vicenin-2 （12）. CONCLUSION Compound 1,6,9, 10 and 11 are isolated from this plant for the first time, compound 7,8 and 12 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
