摘要
对使用过程脆断的30MnSi高强钢筋的断口、金相组织和轧制状态下的母材以及连铸坯低倍组织进行了全面的检验和分析,检验结果表明,连铸过程中的冶金缺陷是诱发钢筋脆断的因素,而环境温度的变化只是起到催化的作用。
Full examination and analyses are made for the fracture of the 30MnSi High Strength Reinforced Bar which broken during the usage, metallographic structure, parent material in rolling situation (billets) and etching for the casting billets. The result indicates that the metallurgical defects in the casting is the reason that cause the brittle fracture of the reinforced bars, and the change of the environmental temperature only has the function of catalysis.
