摘要
报道了一种基于凝胶渗透色谱原理开发的样品净化装置。该装置对样品中的化合物分子按照大小进行分离,并实现了取样、组分分离和收集、系统清洗等全过程的自动化;是集分析化学、自动化控制等技术于一体的具有自主知识产权的新型设备。该仪器工作稳定,精密度高,操作简便,可同时净化多个样品,各项技术指标均达到样品自动分离或残留分析中样品前处理净化的要求,具有广泛的应用前景。
A new auto-Gel Permeation Chromatography equipment for sample preparation was described, It can separate components of the sample according to the molecule size, All procedures such as sampling, separating, collecting and cleaning were running auto maticlly, It can meet all requirements of sample preparation with good stabilization, accuracy and precision.
