摘要
阐述实体分段堆积成形,论证基于堆积成形与传统CNC加工相结合的复合成形方法的可行性。在此基础上,分析该工艺中支承材料和工件材料满足匹配关系的重要性及材料变形问题,并提出相应控制措施。
The solid segmented deposition is introduced. The compound forming method which based on the shape deposition and conventional CNC milling is proved feasible. On this foundation, the importance of match relation which support material and part material should satisfy and the material distortion is analyzed and some control measures is given.
