摘要
以直齿圆柱齿轮的三维参数化设计为例,研究基于UG的参数化零件库的开发方法,介绍了UG/OpenGrip程序开发的过程。在分析了标准渐开线直齿轮设计模型的基础上,建立了直齿圆柱齿轮的三维参数化模型,并编写程序实现,简化了齿轮建模过程,提高效率。
By taking 3-D parameter design of the straight-toothed spur gear as example, this paper discusses the method to develop the parameter part library bases on UG software, and introduces the development process based on UG/OPEN Grip. In the foundation of analyses to the design model of standard involutes-gear, we establish the 3-D parameter model of the straight-toothed spur gear, and realize it with an application program. This method simplifies the modeling process of the gear, and enhances the modeling efficiency.
