试论经济增长方式转变时期的金融策略选择

A Choice for Finance Strategy during the Period of Form Transformation of Economic Growth

文章认为，由于受经济发展阶段和水平、经济体制、运行机制等因素的制约，使得我国的经济发展形成了一种高投入、高消耗、低产值、低质量的粗放型的经济增长方式，形成这种经济增长方式有其一定的金融基础。如不从根本上打破金融垄断和资金供给制的格局，经济增长方式的转变就难以实现。最后，文章着重对金融如何促进经济增长方式从粗放型向集约型转变的策略选择作了全面论述。

Owing to the restriction of economic development stage and levels,economic regime,operational mechanism,economic development in China has come to an extensive form of economic growth with such characteristics of input and drain at high-level,output value and quality at low-level. The authors hold that form transformation cannot be accomplished if we don't break the pattern of financial monopoly and the supply system of funds. At the endof the paper,a choice of financial strategy for form transformation (from extensive-type to intensive- type)is expounded.
