摘要
目的研究大鼠胼胝体内IFN-γ的免疫反应产物的分布。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法结合葡萄糖氧化酶-DAB-硫酸镍铵呈色法。结果大鼠胼胝体内广泛存在IFN-γ免疫反应产物,以胼胝体干处多见,近胼胝体沟和压部为少。结论本实验证明了胼胝体内存在IFN-γ,为“免疫-神经-内分泌网络”提供了形态学依据。
Objective To investigate whether interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) exists in corpus callosum and detect its distribution in rats. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method and glucose oxidase-DAB-nickel method were used. Results IFN-γ immunoreactive structures widely distributed in rat corpus callosum, more in the truncus corporis callosi, less in the side of corpus callosum near the sulcus and the splenium corporis callosi. Conclusion IFN-γ exists in corpus callosum, Our research provides morphologic data for " Immuno - Neuro-Endocrine-Network".
