BCR-ABL阳性的儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病的研究进展

摘要
BCR—ABL融合基因阳性是儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病预后不良的独立危险因素。近年来,对其分子生物学基础、临床特点、检测方法、治疗和预后等方面的研究取得了一些进展。本文就此作一综述。
