应用流式细胞术研究多发性骨髓瘤相关预后因素

摘要 应用流式细胞术对多发性骨髓瘤患者外周血中内皮祖细胞、循环内皮细胞、循环骨髓瘤浆细胞以及骨髓中恶性浆细胞相关的多项指标(抗凋亡因子MCL-1、CD45、CD56、CD138)等进行检测,并评估其对多发性骨髓瘤诊断、疗效判断和预后的影响。
