RNA干扰技术在树突状细胞中的应用

摘要 通过对RNA干扰技术及其在树突状细胞中的应用进行综述,明确通过RNAi后的树突状细胞,在基因检测、抗肿瘤、治疗病毒感染、诱导免疫耐受方面起重要作用,为进一步对树突状细胞的应用与研究提供依据。
