摘要
目的:为提高多发性硬化(MS)的临床诊断水平。方法:本组38例MS均经临床、脑干诱发电位、脑脊液检查证实。在磁共振成像(MRl)中,24例使用GE0.5TMR仪成像,14例使用SIEMENS1.5TMR仪成像。结果:本组19例出现“帽徽征”(cap insignia sign),24例出现“串珠样”表现(bead manifestation),2例出现“假肿瘤征”(pseudomass sign)。静脉注射GD-DTPA(0.1mmol/kg体重)后大部分均出现不同形式强化。结论:在MRI中出现“帽徽征”、“串珠样”表现和“假肿瘤征”特异征象,对诊断MS有一定的特异性;并且“帽徽征”的出现提示MS病人处于急性期或活动期。
Objective: To improve the ability of diagnosis of multiple sclerosis (MS) . Methods: The diagnosis of 38 patients with MS were confirmed by clinical histories, brainstem evoked potentials and cerebral spinal fluid examinations. In magnetic resonance imaging(MRI), 24 cases were scanned with GE 0.5TMR, 14 cases were scanned with SIEMENS 1. 5TMR. Results: Our study showed that "cap insignia sign" in 19 cases, "bead" manifestation in 24 cases and "pseudomass sign" in 2 cases. With a standard dose of gadolinium-DTPA(0. I mmol/kg), most of cases showed different enhanced lesions. Conclusion: "Cap insignia sign", "bead" manifestation and "pseudomass sign" are more sensitive to diagnosis MS in MRI. In addition, "cap insignia sign" indicated that the patient with MS is in acute stage or active stage.
