摘要 目的:探讨脉冲反向谐波声造影诊断肾动脉狭窄的可行性。材料和方法:对31例临床疑诊为肾动脉狭窄患者进行经静脉脉冲反向谐波声造影,并与X线血管造影结果对比。结果:22例肾动脉正常,管腔呈条带状强回声,宽度均匀;9例肾动脉起始段有充盈缺损,其中单侧6例,双侧3例,充盈缺损范围0.5~1.3cm,管腔狭窄程度50%~98%,与X线血管造影相符。结论:脉冲反向谐波声造影能清楚显示肾动脉,将有可能成为诊断肾动脉狭窄、闭塞的方法之一。 Purpose: To study the feasibility of pulse inversion harmonic contrast imaging (PIHCI) in diagnosing renal artery stenosis (RAS). Materials and Methods: Thirty-one cases clinically suspected of RAS were examined with PIHCI. The results were compared with that of DSA. Results: Along the normal renal arteries in 22 cases , a "band-like" strong echo of uniform width was seen in PIHCI. Defect of contrast enhancement was found in the proximal part of renal artery in 9 cases of RAS, unilaterally in 6 and bilaterally in 3. The length of the defect was 0.5 - 1.3cm, with 50% -98% stenosis of the lumen. The results were in accordance with that of DSA. Conclusion: The renal arteries and RAS can be clearly and accurately delineated by PIHCI.
