摘要
主要研究了岸边桥式起重机CAD/CAE系统的实现方法。基于Pro/ENGINEER提供的特征技术、装配约束、自下而上尺寸关系构建零部件和整机三维参数化模型;在分析ANSYS提供的人机交互模式(GUI方式)和命令流输入方式(APDL方式)的基础上,采用混合模式建立起重机部件和整机的有限元模型;阐述了基于Visual C++和Pro/ENGINEER提供的Pro/TOOLKIT软件开发包实现CAD/CAE集成开发的机理。实践证明,该系统的研究可推动岸边桥式起重机及其它复杂大型结构件机电产品的数字化创新设计。
The CAD/CAE integration system of off-shored crane is introduced. First, based on the feature, assembly constraint and down-to-top dimension relation provided by Pro/ENGINEER, parametric three-dimension parts/assembling models are built. Then, with a sum up of background knowledge of GUI and APDL patterns of ANSYS, the finite element models of parts/container are realized based on composite pattern. Last, with the help of MS visual C++ and Pro/TOOLKIT, the integration development method of CAD/CAE is achieved. It proves that design efficiency of off-shore crane is improved greatly using container crane CAD/CAE integration system.
