在市场经济条件下，政府在技术转移中有何作用？本文从技术转移的性质出发，考察了一些国家技术转移的成功经验，论述了政府在技术转移中发挥作用的原因，指出在社会主义市场经济条件下，政府在我国技术转移中的作用可归纳为指导、规范、服务、保障四个方面。

Abstract The author,according to the nature of transferring tecknology, analyzes the succesful experiences of tecknology transition in other countries, gives comments on the causes of the govesnment's role in transferring tecknology, and points out that in socialist market economy, the government has four functions, which is gnidance, standard, service and guarantee.
