微生物凝固天然橡胶的硫化动力学研究 被引量:12

摘要 微生物凝固的天然橡胶(MCNR)具有质量一致性好和硫化胶拉伸强度高的优点,对其硫化过程进行研究可以为天然橡胶原料及制品生产提供指导依据。采用硫化仪及回归分析方法,对MCNR的硫化反应动力学进行了研究,结果表明:MCNR凝块熟化不同时间的样品的硫化反应级数均接近1;其凝块熟化时间和盐酸羟胺(HAHC)均不影响硫化反应历程,但影响硫化反应速率;随着熟化时间延长,硫化反应速率常数均明显增大;而在鲜天然胶乳中加入0.1%的HAHC会降低硫化反应速率常数,表明HAHC抑制了天然胶乳中微生物的活动。 Microorganisms coagulated natural rubber (MCNR)provided coherence in quality and higher extending intensity. Study on the vulcanization process of MCNR could provide guideline for producing NR materials and its products. The vulcanization kinetics of MCNR was studied by the methods of vulcanizer and SAS software regression analysis. The results showed that the reaction degree of samples maturated in different time all was near 1. The maturated time and hydroxylamine hydrochloride(HAHC)didn't affect vulcanization process,but it affected vulcanization velocity. The ki- netics constant increased obviously along with the ripped time extending. The adding of HAHC decreased kinetics constant,which showed that HAHC restrained the activity of microorganisms in NR latex.
