国际生产力论

On International Productive Forces

所谓国际生产力就是在经济全球化条件下,在国际分工和世界市场的基础上,通过国际分工与协作,国内生产要素与国际生产要素相结合所产生的生产力。国际生产力的特点是:建立在国际分工的基础上并随之而形成和发展;国际分工与协作是其形成的重要方式;载体的全球性;资源全球配置的高效性;国际生产力决定国际生产关系的特殊性;国际生产力系统的复杂性。国际生产力理论的提出具有重要的现实意义。

Economic globalization is an inevitable result and objective request when productive forces have developed to a certain stage; in turn it affects the development of productive forces. The theory of international productive forces is based on the historical background of the economical globalization and its theory. Looked from productive forces angles, the economical globalization process also is process that the international productive forces forms and develops, and affects and promotes mutually. Under economical globalization, the proposed theory of international productive forces is of an important practical significance.
