摘要
分析了540 kW工频感应电炉3#感应器寿命短的原因,提出改进感应器接线方式和炉体前室结构,达到延长设备使用寿命和节能降耗的目的。
The paper analyses causes for short service life of 3^# inductor of 540 kW main-frequency induction furnace and proposes improvement to the wiring method of inductor and structure of front furnace chamber in an attempt to extend service life of the equipment and achieve energy saving and consumption reducing.
