摘要
中国与俄罗斯高考的改革走向完全相反,俄罗斯长期以来一直进行高校自主招生,在试点的基础上将于2009年推行国家统一考试.俄罗斯试行的统一考试,其数学试题与我国雷同,但评价细则与我国有明显的差异.我国高考数学评价细则的制订应注意以下3点:(1)评价应着力体现学生解决数学问题的整体能力;(2)评价应更多关注学生的解决数学问题的过程;(3)评价应充分反映数学学习的内在价值。
In Russia, universities and colleges had been following an independent recruitment policy; but in 2009, a nationwide college entrance examination would be carried out based on the results of experiments in different regions. Russia was taking a totally opposite direction on the course of matriculation reform with China. Nevertheless, what was tested in Russian matriculation mathematics was almost the same with Chinese counterpart, despite the obvious differences on evaluation criteria. Chinese students were tested with the Russian matriculation sample mathematics test papers and their scores were evaluated by Chinese and Russian evaluation criteria separately. Through the evaluation, some differences were focused on the beginning of the evaluation, and three suggestions were put forward for the stipulation of Chinese criteria on evaluation of matriculation mathematics.
