摘要
活性炭酸洗再生是保证金吸附率的重要工艺环节,利用炭车酸液浸泡、人工搅拌是现行的活性炭常规再生方法,存在着人为因素影响大、酸洗反应不彻底等问题。峪耳崖金矿炭浆厂对活性炭酸洗再生系统进行了自动化改造,自行设计了酸洗柱活性炭再生系统,并改造完善了金回收系统。改造前后相比,活性炭上的Ca去除率由81.55%提高至92.07%,活性炭的热再生周期由原来的每半年1批次延长到每年1批次,活性炭金吸附率由98.62%提高至99.54%,并取得了良好的经济效益。
Acid washing for carbon regeneration is an important link to ensure the gold adsorption effect. A normal practice of carbon regeneration is immersing the carbon cartridge in acid solution with manual agitating, which has the problems of personal influence and incomplete reaction of acid washing. Yuerya Gold Mine made some renovations to its carbon regeneration system of acid washing of the CIP plant. The carbon regeneration system with acid washing column was redesigned by themselves, and the gold extraction system was improved as well. In comparison in between before and after the renovations, elimination of Calcium was increased to 92.07% from previous 81.55%, the fire regeneration cycle extended to one year from previous half a year for every batch, the carbon adsorption effect was increased to 99.54% from 98.62% , and better economic results were achieved.
