健胃消食片中齐墩果酸含量的RP-HPLC法测定

Determination of Oleanolic Acid in Jianweixiaoshi Tablets by RP-HPLC

目的：建立用反相高效液相色谱法测定健胃消食片中齐墩果酸含量的方法。方法：采用Nova-Pak C18 (3．9mm×300mm,5μm)柱,流动相为甲醇-水(88：12),流速为0．8ml/min,紫外检测波长为210nm。结果：齐墩果酸线性范围0．0536～0．4824μg,相关系数为0．99993,平均回收率为100．3%,相对标准偏差RSD为1．3%(n=5)。结论：方法操作简便、准确,重复性好,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。

Objective： To establish the method for determining the content of oleanolic acid in Jianweixiaoshi tablets by RP-HPLC. Methods： The Nova Pak C18（3.9mm× 300mm, 5μm）column was used, with methanol-water（88： 12）as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.8ml/min and the detective wavelength was 210nm. Results： The calibration curve was linear at a rang of 0. 0536-0.4824μg for the oleanolic acid（r=0. 99993） ,The average recovery was 100, 3% and the related standard deviation （RSD） was 1, 3% （ n = 5） . Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used as a quantitative analysis method for this preparation.
