壳寡糖与D-氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐体外对小鼠淋巴细胞和腹腔巨噬细胞作用的比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察壳寡糖和D-氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐(GAH)体外对小鼠免疫细胞作用。方法:应用MTT法观察体外壳寡糖和GAH对小鼠脾淋巴细胞细胞增殖的影响,应用巨噬细胞吞噬中性红试验观察壳寡糖和GAH对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。结果:GAH浓度在200、100mg·L^(-1)时,能显著促进GonA诱导的小鼠脾细胞增殖,壳寡糖浓度为200、40mg·L^(-1)时,能增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力。结论:结果表明壳寡糖和GHA对免疲细胞的调节作用是通过不同的途径实现的。 Objective:The purpose of this study was to assess the effects of the Chitooligosaccharidean and D--Glucosamine Hydrochloride(GAH) on immunocyte of mouse in vitro. Methods: To observe the effects of the Chitooligosaccharidean and GAH on the lymphocyte proliferation of mouse by MTT assay and the phagocytosis of macrophages by Tuluylene red pinocytic test. Results: GAH promotes lymphocyte proliferation of mouse stimulated by ConA especially when the concentration are 200mg · L^-1 and 100 mg · L^-1 in substrate and Chitooligosaccharidean markedly improves phagocytosis of macrophages of mouse when the concentration are 200mg · L^-1 and 40 nag · L^-1 in vitro. Conclusion: Chitooligosaccharidean and GAH improve of immunological function of mouse in different way.
