摘要
目的:对国内外5个厂家的阿莫西林胶囊进行溶出度考察,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:根据中国药典2005版附录XC第一种方法,转速为100r·min^(-1),温度为(37±0.5)℃。紫外分光光度法测溶出度,波长为272nm。结果:5个厂家的胶囊在5个时间点的累积溶出百分率均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:实验结果为临床选药提供了参考。
Objective:To investigate the dissolution of amoxicillin capsules from five domestic plants and to obtain the basis for its rational use. Methods: According to the first method in Chinese Pharmacopoeial 20051 appenddix XC, the rotational speed was 100r · min^-1 under the temperature( 37 ± 0.5)℃ . The content was measured by UV spectrophometry at 272nm. Results:The dissolution of these samples at five time- point showed significant difference(P〈 0. 051) .Conclusion:The resets may be used as the basis far rational use of the drug.
