摘要
目的：对国内外5个厂家的阿莫西林胶囊进行溶出度考察,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法：根据中国药典2005版附录XC第一种方法,转速为100r·min^(-1),温度为(37±0．5)℃。紫外分光光度法测溶出度,波长为272nm。结果：5个厂家的胶囊在5个时间点的累积溶出百分率均有显著性差异(P＜0．05)。结论：实验结果为临床选药提供了参考。
Objective：To investigate the dissolution of amoxicillin capsules from five domestic plants and to obtain the basis for its rational use. Methods： According to the first method in Chinese Pharmacopoeial 20051 appenddix XC, the rotational speed was 100r · min^-1 under the temperature（ 37 ± 0.5）℃ . The content was measured by UV spectrophometry at 272nm. Results：The dissolution of these samples at five time- point showed significant difference（P〈 0. 051） .Conclusion：The resets may be used as the basis far rational use of the drug.
