摘要
目的:研究影响乳腺丸硬度的因素,解决乳腺丸在制备和存放过程中坚硬的问题。方法:采用正交试验法考察药粉粒度、蜂蜜用量、蜂蜜含糖量、丸块放置时间四因素对乳腺丸硬度的影响。结果:在影响乳腺丸硬度的因素中,蜂蜜用量为主要因素,丸块放置时间次之,药粉拉度和蜂蜜合糖量影响最小。结论:在实际生产中,用80目的药粉与室糖度为80度的蜂蜜1:1混合放置12h,乳腺丸软硬度最为适宜。
To explore the factors that affect the hardness of mammary gland pill and solve the issue that the pill became too hard during preparation and storage Methods: Using orthogonal experiment, We investigated the effects of particle, the dosage and saccharinity of honey, place time on the hardness of the pill. Results: Among the factors, the dosage of honety was the major one and place time was of the second place; while the factors of the particle and saccharinity of honey were of little importance. Conclusion: When 80 objective medicine poweder mixes with 80% saccharinity of honey at rate. of 1 : 1 for 12h, the degree of hardness of mammary gland piular is optimal during practical production.
