Optimization of the Preparation Technology of Mammary Gland Pill with Orthogonal Experiment

目的：研究影响乳腺丸硬度的因素,解决乳腺丸在制备和存放过程中坚硬的问题。方法：采用正交试验法考察药粉粒度、蜂蜜用量、蜂蜜含糖量、丸块放置时间四因素对乳腺丸硬度的影响。结果：在影响乳腺丸硬度的因素中,蜂蜜用量为主要因素,丸块放置时间次之,药粉拉度和蜂蜜合糖量影响最小。结论：在实际生产中,用80目的药粉与室糖度为80度的蜂蜜1：1混合放置12h,乳腺丸软硬度最为适宜。

To explore the factors that affect the hardness of mammary gland pill and solve the issue that the pill became too hard during preparation and storage Methods： Using orthogonal experiment, We investigated the effects of particle, the dosage and saccharinity of honey, place time on the hardness of the pill. Results： Among the factors, the dosage of honety was the major one and place time was of the second place; while the factors of the particle and saccharinity of honey were of little importance. Conclusion： When 80 objective medicine poweder mixes with 80% saccharinity of honey at rate. of 1 ： 1 for 12h, the degree of hardness of mammary gland piular is optimal during practical production.
