人民币升值的正负效应及抵消对策分析

An Analysis on RMB Appreciation's Plus-Minus Influences and Measure of Offsetting

人民币升值对中国经济的影响具有正负双重效应。笔者从微观和宏观、内部经济和外部经济的角度,分析现阶段人民币升值对我国经济所产生的正负效应,提出以人民币升值的正效应抵消其负效应的对策,使人民币升值对我国经济建设的负面影响降到最低,直至实现宏观上的正效应大于负效应的目标。

With the pressures of RMB＇s appreciation, there is not agreement on effect of RMB＇s appreciation. This article analyzed plus- minus influence on internal and external economy from macroscopic perspective. Meanwhile, we weigh these effects and give some advice to minimize the bad influence on economy. Finally through euilibium analysis , our eoonomy can achieve internal and external equilibrium through appreciation and enlarging internal dermand.
