三峡库区外迁移民的社区文化冲突及对策

On Emigrants from Three Gorges Area:Conflicts and Solutions

近年来,三峡库区外迁移民面临的社区文化冲突开始逐渐显现并影响到库区移民搬迁与安置工作的顺利开展,解决这种冲突已成为实现库区移民可持续发展的必然要求。本文从解决三峡库区移民文化与其迁入地文化存在的差异入手,分析现阶段三峡库区外迁移民所面临的社区文化冲突及原因,并提出解决冲突的对策,以达到建设和谐移民社区、构建和谐社会的目的。

At present, the community cultural conflicts of emigrants from three gorges area has emerged, which obstruct the work of immigrants to move and settle. Solving this kind of conflict is an inevitable request to keep on the development after immigration. This ,article is based on the differences between the community culture of three gorges area and the community culture of where immigrants will move into, analyzing for community culture conflicts, they are value conflict, psychology conflict, industry culture conflict, public conflict. Finally we give four suggestions to solve these conflicts, which include building the hardware and software of community culture activities, carrying out many kinds of community culture activities and useful culture security measures,setting up community behavior criterion.
