学校作为一种社会组织形式,是社会文化的重要载体,其自身组织文化的状态影响学校社会功能的发挥。因此,学校文化建构就成为学校功能实现的重要决定因素。从文化建构的价值意识角度分析,学校文化的核心要素是群体价值观念,学校文化建构的实质就是形成共享的群体价值意识,其关键是建立群体共享的价值参照系统。

School culture is the total values, beliefs and behavior models shared by the group members. The construction of school culture is characterized by the coming of common values shared by school participants. What is the mechanism to construct these value？ How school institution control and influence the behaviors of its participants？ As a social institution, school is loaded with social culture,school culture also influences its function to perform. So it is very important to construct a school culture. From the perspective of values, the study reveals that the core element in school culture is group values and perceptions, the essence the construction of school culture is to promote the happening of shared group,so the key is to ,set up a value framework of group values.
