摘要
以科学发展观为指导,推进我军人才管理机制改革,需要在构建与地方人才市场实现对接的引进机制、建立适应军队发展需要的培养机制、形成有利于军事人才作用发挥的使用机制等方面加以探索。
In order to reform the personnel management system of our army, explorations should be made, guided by the scientific development view, in instituting a personnel enrollment system that keeps up with the civilian job market, establishing a training mechanism that suits the development of the armed forces, and forming a system that brings the capability of military personnel into full play.
