Based on LINUX,ARM needs setting up a developing environment before being developed, of which BOOT- LOADER is a necessary part. BOOTLOADER is the hinge of operating system and hardware, which is responsible for initialization hardware and introductory operating system. VIVI is a sort of BOOTLOADER.
