摘要
近年来我国高职院校在人力资源管理方面取得了一定的成绩。但是就目前的现状来看,还存在一些突出问题。因此,高职院校应从战略角度做出科学合理的人力资源开发规划,从优化人力资源的角度建立高职教师聘用制,建立科学的高职教师绩效考核体系,建立基于职业发展的人才激励机制,健全基于个人发展的培训机制。
For recent years, some progress has been made in human resource management in China' s higher vocational colleges. However, there are wide gaps at present. After rational analysis, the paper presents a couple of solutions to the problems, that is, a scientific and feasible plan for human resource development from a strategic angle, an engagement system from the angle of optimizing human resources, a scientific performance assessment system, a talent prompting system based on career promotion and perfection of training system based on individual development.
