GML(Geography Markup Language) 3.0是GML最新的版本,作为一个统一的地理信息数据描述格式,可以用来解决多源异构的数据之间可靠的互操作,结合IEC61970标准利用GML3.0对配电网建模,从而对配电网地理信息系统进行分析设计。

As the uniform format of describing geography information data GML can sovle Interperation of the Multi-source Heterogenous Spatial Data .This paper designs and analyses the distrubtion power network GIS through using GML3.0 modeling.This model is combined by IEC61970.
