摘要
研究了化学改性蛋白胶加人酚醛(PF)树脂交联剂后对胶合板强度的提高。利用石灰乳、氢氧化钠、硅酸钠等化学药剂对大豆蛋白进行改性,制备蛋白胶,按胶合强度筛选出的最优配方可以达到Ⅲ类胶合板的强度要求。将改性豆胶与PF胶按1:1的比例混合应用,在160℃/5min或150℃/6min的热压组合条件下压制的胶合板可以达到Ⅰ类胶合板的强度要求。PF胶以适当的比例添加才能起到良好的交联作用。豆胶与PF的混合应用使胶合板的强度和耐水性得到极大改善,为开发利用低成本高性能天然胶黏剂做出了有益的探索。
This study examined modification of soy-adhesive and the effects of the ratio of chemical modified soy-adhesive to phenol formaldehyde resin(PF) on the shear strength of poplar plywood. Sodium hydroxide,milk of lime, and sodium silicate were used in various portions to modify soy flourbased adhesive. Plywood bonded with optimized soy-adhesive met the requirement of Ⅲ type plywood. When this soy-adhesive was mixed with PF in the ratio of 1:1 ,and plywood bonded at 160℃ temperature for 5rain or at 150℃ temperature for 6min,the plywood prepared met the requirement of I type plywood. However,PF should be added in a reasonable rate for best linking. This study explores the possibility of utilizing environmental friendly natural adhesive in wood composite industry.
