摘要
在石羊河流域西营河自流灌区研发了水利信息化系统,建立了灌区水雨情自动测报系统、水库大坝安全监测系统、灌区自动量水系统、灌区闸门自动控制系统、重要枢纽安全监视系统等,并通过对各子系统进行有机整合,提高了灌区自动化水平。在现有信息系统基础上开发了上层应用系统,为实现石羊河流域综合治理目标,创建了现代化的有效管理平台。
Water information system has been developed and utilized in Xiying gravity irrigation district in Shiyanghe River Basin and it covers automatic gauging and report system of rainfall, dam safety supervision system, automatic water metering system, automatic control system for gates, key structure safety monitoring system. Integration of all systems has been undertaken systematically. The paper also discusses on how to develop an application system basing on current information systems to create a modem management platform for the achievement of comprehensive rehabilitation objectives of Shiyanghe River Basin.
